Refund policy

At BROKLEN, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, free returns on eligible items and no restocking fees.

1. Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligible returns
You may request a return for:
- Items you no longer want
- Items that are different from what you ordered
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that are defective
- Items that do not materially match the product description

For change-of-mind returns, please return the item in reasonable condition with its original packaging, accessories and manuals where applicable. Any product-specific return restriction will be shown on the product page before purchase.

3. Free returns
Eligible returns are free, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions and return method.

4. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate resolution.

5. How to start a return
Email sales@broklen.online or call / WhatsApp +1 (402) 816-9859 with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items to an address found on a shipping label, invoice or public record unless our team asks you to.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. How long the funds take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe in our Shipping Policy, please contact us. We will check the tracking information and work with the carrier to resolve it.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The policy that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
