Shipping policy

Free shipping
BROKLEN offers free standard shipping on all orders. Any shipping charge would always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) after the order is placed and payment is authorized.

Delivery time
After dispatch, standard transit takes 3–7 business days, so the total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. They may occasionally be longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing or other events outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, we email your tracking details once your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to activate while the carrier scans the package into its network.

Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but we may not be able to change the address once the order has shipped.

Multiple items
Orders with several products may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.

Fulfillment location
If an order is fulfilled from a location outside your destination country, international transport or customs processing may affect delivery. Any import duties or taxes legally due are handled as shown at checkout and in line with applicable law.

Late orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will review the tracking and help with next steps.
