Hanging it
On standard 8–9 ft ceilings, shorten the chain so the fixture sits higher. On high ceilings or in stairwells, lengthen it. Keep at least 7 ft of clearance underneath in walkways.

Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns on eligible items are free and there is no restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
