After unpacking, gently shape the branches. Wipe with a dry cloth and keep away from water and heat. Take the batteries out before storing it for the season.

Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns on eligible items are free and there is no restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
