Choosing a length
Choose a fixture about 12" shorter than your island or table at each end. For example, the 3-light suits a 5–6 ft island and the 5-light suits 8 ft or more. Hang it 30–36" above the surface.
Installation and care
Have a qualified electrician install it. Clear glass shows the bulb, so filament-style LED bulbs look best. Clean the glass with a damp cloth once cool.

Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch (about 4–9 business days in total). Standard shipping is free on all orders. Tracking is provided once your order ships, where available.
Installation & bulbs
Where known, bulb type, voltage and whether bulbs are included are listed in the product's Specifications. If a detail isn't listed, email sales@broklen.online before ordering and we'll confirm it. Hardwired light fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local electrical codes.
Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns on eligible items are free and there is no restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement, return or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
